For this one you can either distribute by multiplying 1/7 to x and to 21 or by multiplying both sides by 7 to get rid of the fraction, 1/7!

If we multiply both sides by 7, we get (x + 21) = -6*7...

Now, it is simple algebra:

x + 21 = -42

Subtract 21 from both sides:

x  = -42 - 21

x = -63.
