If you mean answer in fraction form:

\({10}^{5}\)

\(100,000\)

\(\frac{100,000}{1}\)

If you mean problem in fraction form:

\({10}^{5}\)

\(\frac{{10}^{5}}{1}\)or \(\frac{1}{{10}^{-5}}\)
