what is 2 raised to -4 power
\({2}^{-4} = \frac{1}{2^4}\)
\(\frac{1}{2^4}=\frac{1}{16}\)
As a decimal:
\(\frac{1}{16}=0.0625\)
Hope this helps ;P
Remember, everytime the exponent is negative, it is going to be the RECIPROCAL
\(2^{-4}\)= reciprocal of \(2^4\)
=reciprocal of 16
=\(\frac{1}{16}\)
