What is 3.2*10 to the negative 7th. I am geting one answer and my math teacher is getting something completely different.

I'm assuming that you have something in scientific notation like this......

3.2 X 10-7 ....     this tells us to move the decimal 7 places to the left  ..  so we have

.00000032

And that's it !!!
