What is 3(x-1)=2(x+1)-2 simplified

3(x-1)=2(x+1)-2    Multiple 3 in the bracket on the left side and 2 in the bracket on the right

3x-3=2x+2-2       2-2=0 remove 2x on both sides

3x-2x-3=0          3x-2x =x remove 3 on both sides

x=3
