7 is the same thing as $$\frac{7}{1}$$ so we get:

$$\frac{7}{1}\times\frac{5}{3}$$

Multiply the tops and bottom together.

$$\frac{7\times5}{1\times3}$$

$$\frac{35}{3}$$

or

$$11\frac{2}{3}$$

7 * 5/3

Think of 7 as 7/1

7/1 * 5/3

Multiply the numerators and denominators:

(7*5) / (1*3)

35/3.

35/3.
