Let x=y.
We can multiply each side by y to get:

xy = y^2

Subtract x^2 from both sides to get:

xy - x^2 = y^2 - x^2

Factor each side to get:

x(y - x) = (y + x)(y - x)

The common factors of (y - x) cancel out to get:

x = y + x

Given that y = x, we can conclude that:

x = x + x

And so therefore:

x = 2x

Thus:

1 = 2

So:

0 = 1

And:

0 = 2

Then:

19 = 21

Finally:

9+10=21
