what is differecce between under root 2 and under root 3

I assume you're talking about square roots (root 2) and cube roots (root 3). A square root indicates that there is some number multiplied by itself once that will give the number under the square root. A cube root indicates that there is some number multiplied by itself twice that will give the number under the cube root.
