$${\frac{{{\mathtt{n}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}}{{\mathtt{n}}}}$$ = $${\frac{{\mathtt{n}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{n}}}{{\mathtt{n}}}}$$ Then you take n from the top and bottom, and it simplifies to $${\mathtt{n}}$$.
