Now, do the exponents.

${\mathtt{\,-\,}}\left({{\mathtt{16}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}\right) = -{\mathtt{256}}$

${{\mathtt{0}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}} = {\mathtt{0}}$

Now add

${\mathtt{\,-\,}}{\mathtt{256}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\mathtt{160}} = -{\mathtt{96}}$

So, $-{\mathtt{96}}$ Is your answer.
