Squares do not have a radius so your question does not make much sense.
Only circles have a radius.
Do you mean that the square is circumscribed by the circle OR that the circle is circumscribed by the square OR something else. If you do not know what circumscribed means, look here.
The easiest way to go to this page is to highlight the address, left click, choose goto.

+2592 Well the radius thing is about the area of a square and my geometry class is doing 1/2(apothem)*(radius)
I didnt get it then but i get it now
