what is the decinmal to 3 and 9/11

Note something about proper fractions whose denominator is 11......

1/11 = .0909.....

2/11 = .1818.....

3/11 = .27272......

See the pattern???

The first digit is one less that the numerator of the fraction and the first two digits  repeat and always sum to "9"

So 

9/11 = .818181......

And

3 + 9/11 = 3.818181.....
