f(x)=(1/4)−4

f(x)=(1/4)−3

f(x)=(1/4)−2

f(x)=(1/4)−1

This graph is the parent function    y = (1/4)x   shifted  down 3 units

 

So....the correct answer is  :   f(x)=(1/4)x −3
