Two points on the graph  are (0, -3)  and (-3, 0)

 

The slope  between these are  [ 0 - -3 ] / [ -3 - 0 ]  =  3 / -3   = -1

 

So....the equation of the line is

 

y   = -1(x - 0) - 3    

 

y =  -x - 3
