The form is   :

 

4p(x – h) = (y – k)^2

 

Where  p = 3  , h  =  – 5   and k  =  4    

 

And we have

 

4(3)(x + 5)  =  (y – 4)^2

 

12 (x + 5)  = (y – 4)^2

 

x + 5  =   (1/12) (y – 4)^2

 

x   = (1/12) (y – 4)^2  – 5

You know Chris,

in Desmos where it says "share" one of the options is that you can share as an image.

You can paste the URL that is thrown up into the image thing here and the pic comes straight up :)
