\((4x^3y^2)^{\frac{3}{10}} \\~\\ =\,(2^2x^3y^2)^{\frac{3}{10}} \\~\\ =\,(2^6x^9y^6)^{\frac{1}{10}} \\~\\ =\,\sqrt[10]{2^6x^9y^6} \\~\\ =\,\sqrt[10]{64x^9y^6} \)

 

( There are other radical forms too....I guess this is the simplest one. )
