This is a generally more ambiguous question, but I'd definitely say there's a low data overlap. Out of 9 samples for both, 2 match - leading to an approximately 22% share in data. Honestly, just look at it and figure it out. It's not medium because there's not a solid amount of matching data, but not 'none' because there is matching data. This is visually easy to figure out and I don't think the teacher would fault you for answering 'medium', either. Just use common sense.
