Perimeter of a rectangle = 2*(Length + Width)

In other words, the sum of all sides.

So  5+5+12+12=34 which is D  2*(12+5)=2*17=34 D

Just count each mark from left to right, it is already labelled that 0 is the first mark, then the second is 1 and so on till you reach B which will be 8 (D)
