In German  relationship is Verhältnis.

Do you mean this:

$${\frac{{\mathtt{9.6}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{{\mathtt{10}}}^{{\mathtt{6}}}}{\left({\mathtt{1.2}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{{\mathtt{10}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}\right)}} = {\mathtt{80\,000}}$$

9,6*10^6 : 1,2*10^2 = 8*10^4 : 1
