What is the the value of the function x^2+3 at x-5? And also at argument 10?

It is strange wording but I think this is what is meant 

Are you sure that was x-5 perhaps it should have been x=5     

 

$$\\f(x)=x^2+3\\\\
f(x-5)=(x-5)^2+3=x^2-10x+25+3=x^2-10x+28\\\\
f(10)=10^2+3=100+3=103$$
