SA of cylinder= 2$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$rh+2$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$r^2, r for radius and h for height.

20$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$+4$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$=24$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$

Surface Area=24$${\mathtt{\pi}}$$ mm^2.
