y = 4/x + √x + 0.2  - 5x

plug the values in, first term becomes 5, secound term becomes 2sqrt5/5 after rationilizing denominator, and fourth term is 4, and third is 0.2 so the answer is just 5+2sqrt5/5+1/5-4 or (6+2sqrt5)/5.
