The volume is just that of a half sphere = 2/3*pi*(r)^3 =

$$\left({\frac{{\mathtt{2}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}}\right){\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{3.14}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\left({\mathtt{11}}\right)}^{{\mathtt{3}}} = {\mathtt{2\,786.226\: \!666\: \!666\: \!666\: \!666\: \!7}}$$

And that's in cubic inches.

The surface area is given by 2*pi*(r)^2 =

$${\mathtt{2}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{3.14}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\left({\mathtt{11}}\right)}^{{\mathtt{2}}} = {\mathtt{759.88}}$$

And that's in square inches
