volume of sphere   =   4/3 * π * radius3

volume of sphere   =   4/3 * π * (6 cm)3

volume of sphere   =   4/3 * π * 216 cm3

volume of sphere   =   288π  cm3

volume of sphere   ≈  288(3.14)  cm3   =   904.32  cm3
