What is x 9(2x-9)=99

9(2x-9)=99    distribute the 9 over terms inparenthesis on the lefy

18x - 81  = 99     add 81 to bth sides

18x = 180          divide both sides by 18

x = 10

Divide both sides by 9: 2x-9=11.

Add 9 to both sides. 2x=20.

Now divide by two and there's the value of x.
