y=mx+b is slope intercept form, as Guest said.

 

Key:

 

y: value on y-axis

 

x: value on x-axis

 

m: slope (rate of increase or decrease of points)

 

b: y-intercept ("starting point," or what x is when y=0)

If this is being graphed then Y would be your hieght, M would be your slope, B would be your Y Intersect (Where Y is placed when X=0)
