$${\frac{{\mathtt{1}}}{{\mathtt{3}}}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{6}}$$

We can simplify this by canceling the 3 and 6 to get 1 and 2. So

$${\frac{{\mathtt{1}}}{{\mathtt{1}}}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{2}}$$

This way we can see that the answer is 2
