when do you use degree vs rad in soh cah toa

In general, when you are dealing with circles, spheres and other round objects, you use Radians. In other geometric shapes, triangles, squares, rectangles......etc., you use Degrees. Sometimes you are asked to use one or the other. Remember: 180 degrees =Pi.
