When in the numerical value of a square's area (in square units) equal to its perimeter (in units)? Why is this true?
Area = s x s = s^2
Perimeter = s+ s + s + s = 4s when are they equal????
s2 = 4s divide both sides by 's'
s = 4 When the side length is 4 units
the area and perimeter are the same numerical value (BUT one has ' units2 ' and the other is just ' units ' )
