When rounding up a number to the closest decibel point, do you take all of the numbers after the first decibel number or just the one immediately after it?

The 8 is used for rounding        The 46 are just crossed out and not used at all

 

8 is a big number (5.6.7.8.9 are all big numbers ) so the 6 goes up to 7
