when using the arctangent to solve for the angle of the vector, what happens if the angle is negative so subtracting it from 360 makes it more than 360
ex:: arctan of 16/-32= -26.6, 360-(-26.6)= 386.6 386.6>360
Remember that the arctangent returns an angle from ( -90 , 90 )
In this case the angle is -26.6°....so we would actually add this to 360° to get the correct positive angle of 333.4°
