Which graph represents the function f(x)= 2/x-1+3?

The third graph.....one way of telling.....let  x  =  0  and we have the y intercept

2 /  [ 0 - 1]  + 3  =

-2  +  3  =

1

And the third graph is the only one that has a y intercept  =  1
