Why did some math have to be so confuseing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the first one (the second one is very similar and you should be able to manage it)

y/5 = 2.4      Multiply both sides by 5

5 * y/5 = 2.4 x 5

y = 2.4 x 5             (the 5's cancel)

y= 12
