but when it comes to scintific proof you need an expert

Well if you have one apple      O

and you have another apple       O

and you put them next to each other      O      O

you have 2 apples. 1 apple + 1 apple = 2 apples

                               1 apple + 1 apple = 2 apples

                          so 1 + 1 = 2
