shes not she just seemes that way because shes trying to teach you , you just have to get on her good side by doing your homework and class work.
It's just your point of view that makes hime/her so boring. Try to think of math in a fun way and maybe it won't be so "boring."
Well, I would say that your math teacher is boring because she wants you guys to learn. Maybe if all the time she is SUPER boring than you should tell her somehow in someway...

But just tell her.. and if u get in trouble just say you can say whatever you feel like whenever you want.. Its just your opinion.. and mostly other students also feel that way..
