Well. if you think that way, let's extend that thinking a bit further to : Why do we need YOU if the world is going to end eventually??    LOL

The world will go on long after you are gone....YOU will need it everyday in your life...whether you realize it or not.

To be honest alot of other subjects you learn about you most likly will NEVER use again... but math you use in your everday life. And you think the world will end eventually so why do math, well the world will end eventualy, yes however does that me YOU don't matter? (maby)
