Word Problem Part 2

Well, this is just tedious.....graph all of the cities on the coordinate plane...I made West and South negative....

    Then plot the circles of the antennas to see which cities are covered by which antennas.....here is a graph...the cities are the points listed in order from the table..... The final circle equation in black is the proposed HH antenna.....

 

(Hopefully you remember the standard equation of a circle given the center (h,k) is    (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2)   ...RIGHT?))))
