A guy wire is attached to the top of a radio antenna and to a point on horizontal ground that is 40.0 m from the base of the antenna, if the wire make an angle of 58 degrees 20 minutes with the ground. Approx the length if the wire. I have to find the other all the sides using either cos, tan, or sin.
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP!
THANKS

length of the wire = 40.0m/cos(58 degrees and 20 minutes)
to convert 20 minutes:
20/60=1/8 or 0.125 then add 58 that gives you the answer 58.125

length of the wire = 40.0/cos(58.125)
length of the wire = 75.75m

length of the antenna = square root of ( 75.75^2-40.0^2)
length of the antenna = 64.33 m

the angles:
58.125,90 and 31.875
