I'm trying to work out log e 10 - log e 30 for a pharmacokinetics paper and the answer page has it as 1.0986... I typed this into the calculator: log(exp(10))-log(exp(30)) but the answer was -8.6858896380655.
Could somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
