B) f(x)= x^3 -3x^2+7x-50

IF it has a root   -1 -3i   it ALSO has a root  -1+3i

so if you multiply

(x-5)(x+1+3i)(x+1-3i)        all out

you will get

x^3-3x^2-50       "C"
