Write the fraction with a common denominator. Then determine if they are equivalent. 7 above the 10 and 8 above the 15
7/10 = 8/15 the common denominator is 30 .... therefore
21/30 ?? 16/30 .... so they aren't equal...

By the cross-product property of equality....if two fractions are equal, their cross-products are equal....so....
15 * 7 ??? 8 * 10
105 > 80 ....so they aren't equal....!!!
