x^3-2x^2+1=10,
What is the value of x?
I keep getting the answer as 3 on the scientific calulator, but when I try 3 it doesn't work.

$${{\mathtt{3}}}^{{\mathtt{3}}}{\mathtt{\,-\,}}{\mathtt{2}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{{\mathtt{3}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\mathtt{1}} = {\mathtt{10}}$$
(It's the only real solution)
