(6/7)8 * (6/7)0 Also that "8" and the "0" is supposed to be a exponent

 

(6/7)^8 x (6/7)^0 = (6/7)^(8+0) =(6/7)^8.

When the base number is the same, as is the case here(6/7), you ADD the exponents, when you are multiplying them together.
