\(\frac{G}{(x + 5) }+ \frac{H}{(x^2 - 4x)} = \frac{(3x^2 - 13x - 5)}{(x^3 + x^2 - 20x)}\\ \frac{G}{(x + 5) }+ \frac{H}{x(x - 4)} = \frac{(3x^2 - 13x - 5)}{x(x+5)(x-4)}\\ \frac{G*x(x - 4)+H(x+5)}{{x(x+5)(x-4)} }= \frac{(3x^2 - 13x - 5)}{x(x+5)(x-4)}\\ G*x(x - 4)+H(x+5)=3x^2 - 13x - 5\)

Expand then simplify the LHS

Then equate coefficients

Well I asked questions on that previous post.

No one has answered them.

I will admit up front that I have not finished the question. 

Finding f(x) is not super difficult but I did not finish the next step.

Maybe there is a nice short cut.
