For the second one I got 8/13
and the third one, I'm not sure if I'm right but I got:
P (A or B)=17/45
P (B or C)= 20/45
P (D or C)= 22/45
Aw poo I felt smart for a millisecond there xD welp guess I was wrong (still going with my answer tho)
I might be wrong but I got 1/18
There are 36 outcomes all together and only 2 that have a 3 and sum of 7 so that would be 2/36 and simplify that which gives you 1/18
