This problem s simply asking you to simplify the other side to see if it equals zero. I think, I'm just assuming but just simplify the right side as much as you can nothing special.

\(0=9\times(3-\frac{2}{3})+33\)

\(0≠9\times(3-\frac{2}{3})+33\)

\(0≠27-\frac{2}{3}+33\)

\(0≠\frac{81}{3}-\frac{2}{3}+33\)

\(0≠\frac{79}{3}+33\)

\(0≠\frac{79}{3}+\frac{99}{3}\)

\(0≠\frac{178}{3}\)

\(0≠ 59.3333333333333333...\)
