-1-0 is equal to negative 1 I'll show you 

 

when doing these problems (For beginners) you can put the symbol in parrenthasses and assuming addition signs out side like this 

 

\((-1) + (-0)\) 

 

but as we know there is no such thing as -0 there is only 0 so -1 minus zer o is equal to -1 because your taking nothing. 

 

\((-1) + (-0) = -1\)
