WHERE V=FINAL VELOCITY
               U=INITIAL VELOCITY
               A=ACCELERATION
               S=DISTANCE OF ACCELERATION

Velocity is the derivative of the position function, and acceleration is the derivative of the velocity function.

position p   is    p = p(initial) +( v x t )   + 1/2 a t^2     Where v = velocity  and a = acceleration  and   t is time
