it is really easy to simplify this...see you just gotta arrange it with their like forms and add or subtract it like this

4w+9x-15y+6w+3x+9y

now arrange!

=4w + 6w +9x+ 3x -15y + 9y

now simply add or subtract!

=10w + 12x - 6y ANSWER

see as easy as that!
