5x-5y=3x-9y

2x=-4y

x=-2y

-10y-5y=7

y=-7/15 so x=-2y   x=-14/15

[2] 5x = 5y + 7 [2] x = y + 7/5

 Plug this in for variable  x  in equation [1]

  [1] 3•(y +7/5) - 9y = 7   [1] - 6y = 14/5   [1] - 30y = 14

Solve equation [1] for the variable  y

  [1] 30y = - 14    [1] y = - 7/15

// By now we know this much :

  x = y+7/5   y = -7/15

// Use the  y  value to solve for  x

  x = (-7/15)+7/5 = 14/15

Solution :

 {x,y} = {14/15,-7/15}

Phew! I think i did it correctly?
